Our one bedroom fully furnished apartment suites include two TV's, full kitchen, living room, full kitchen, dinette, separate bedroom with walk in closet, and a patio or balcony. Rental Options Include: Serviced Apartment Rentals- Includes weekly housekeeping and linens and dishes package. Benefits short term renters looking from one to two months. Furnished Apartment Rental- Once monthly light housekeeping, linens and dishes package can be added on for additional charge. Benefits short-long term renters looking for 2mo+.

I relocated to Scottsdale from La Jolla, CA and was originally just planning on staying at Scottsdale Park Suites for a few nights as a hotel guest until I found somewhere more long term to live. I ended up liking it here so much that this short-term rental turn into my long-term housing. Scottsdale Park Suites is a combined hotel and apartment complex. So all the hotel guests are able to enjoy the amenities of an apartment, ex. spacious, furnished, kitchen with full size appliances, walk in closet, living room and bedroom. In contrast, all of the tenants renting an apartment get to enjoy the extra benefits of it being a hotel, ex. free internet, free cable TV, free local & long distance phone service, free Starbuck's coffee, etc. I'm so glad that I was able to find Scottsdale Park Suites as its uniqueness sets it apart from any other hotel or apartment complex in Scottsdale. Many Kudos to the owners for making this a safe and enjoyable place to live!
