Dr. Ralph Strauss is a really, REALLY good therapist. I say this with all sincerity. He is a pleasant person and is very humble. He makes it very clear from the outset that he is not interested in digging up the past, nor will he spend time dwelling on what has gone on in the past. He gathers enough info to 'understand' and then he gives you tools which TRULY help you to deal with your problems. He trains you to re-think. He trains you to look at things differently. The 5 sessions I had with Dr. Strauss permanently changed my life, and my way of thinking. This Doctor does not want to milk you for appointments. He is not interested in prolonging treatment process. He help's you cope for yourself. I suffered from massive anxiety, guilt from my past, and stress. I am now a lot happier and a lot more realistic in regards to my approach. I really liked Dr. Strauss, he is a good man, and he is an honest and effective counselor. My highest recommendations ! Phil
