Since the new President was named, Johnson Bank has lost valuable employees as well as good standing, long term customers. Their business model has changed from 'treating you lijke family' to charging 4 times their current fees without prior notice. When asked why this is the case, employee response is simply...we have to make money. This is not what you would expect from 20 years of loyality.
