just got new contacts and new pair of glasses.This is my first time trying contacts i love them! I was afraid I would have a hard time putting them in, But they worked with me and made it easy for me to do. My glasses are so cute i can wait to wear them to work tomorrow.

I have no idea what this other person is talking about, myself and my family have been a patient of Dr Hanians for about 15 years and have found her very professional and her eye examinations are complete and thorough.She has always taken the time to explain the pros and cons of eye ware choices from contacts to the variety of eye glass lens options.Her staff have always been helpful in all aspects of customer service.

When I first entered this office, the dr. was sitting in the front office chair spinning in circles and complaining about one of her patients (should have been my first clue). No one helped me choose frames that would be appropriate for my prescription; they just sent me over to the wall of frames and told me to choose whatever I liked. While I was looking, another patient came in and complained to the office staff that the new glasses she had just gotten from them were the "worst pair of glasses I have ever owned" (should have been my second clue). Naturally, I unknowingly chose an inappropriate frame for my progressive prescription. But no one at this office either knew or cared. They ordered the glasses anyway, which turned out to be the worst (and most expensive) pair of glasses I have ever owned also. Had to go to another dr. and get another pair of glasses out of pocket, no insurance. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Hanian.
