The ONLY reason I was generous enough to give this location 2 stars is because the stylist did do a good cut, which is why we were there in the first place. However, the stylist, Diane, was so unprofessional toward us. We made an appt for 9am and showed up a couple minutes before to find the doors locked and no one visibly inside. A few minutes after 9am, we see a woman at the counter. I knock on the door to let her know we were there. She waves me off, seemingly indicating we had to wait another 2 minutes. When she finally did let us in, she simply unlocked the door and walked away. When we entered, I told her we had a 9am appt. She responded "Well, it isn't 9 o'clock yet." My husband and I both told her it's 5 after. She said that was incorrect by her clock and she cannot open the doors before 9am. (I must point out that our appt was for 9, and since we were courteous enough to show up a few minutes early, she should have been courteous enough to let us in.) Again, she did do a good cut on our 2-year-old's hair, but she didn't engage with him at all. My husband (who took the lead since I was too irritated to deal with Diane) kept trying to be friendly and joke with her. She ignored his attempts, didn't make eye contact and never smiled ONCE. No this is not an exaggeration. I watched her. She never smiled once. My husband, being the generous man he is, tipped her when he paid. At this point she was a bit friendlier, simply thanking us and telling us to have a nice day. All without smiling of course. I'm also told Diane is the manager. I will NEVER patronize this location again.
