We hold your hand throughout the entire process, working quickly and efficiently, saving you stress and frustration. We return calls promptly and are available to answer questions or give expert advice. We keep in touch quarterly with you and the nanny throughout the placement. Our screening process is the most rigorous in the ValleyOnly 10% of the candidates who come to us make it through our 13 point screening. You will only see the best of the best.? Each candidate has a face to face interview with a Placement Counselor. Detailed reference checks are completed with all relevant past positions. Our background checks are the most thorough in the industry. Social Security Trace, National and county criminal background checks, Sexoffender checks and Motor vehicle reports. Additional criminal checks are available on an a-la carte basis. We are the only Arizona agency to use an outside company for personality assessment to ensure that your candidate has the qualities we are looking for.? We are the only Phoenix Agency that requires all its nannies to pass the INA Basic Skills Test.Commitment to Ongoing TrainingWe host dinners, picnics, charity involvement and networking events so nannies can be encouraged in their professions. We represent professionals who have completed long term assignments and then return to us to be placed again.
