Dr. Faren Akins has a pre-conceived idea that kids are always better off with shared custody even though one parent is obviously mentally unfit. Paid close to $2000 dollars for him to report this to the court after going through multiple tests and discussions with my former spouse and child. Did not take any of the results into consideration because he already had a planned answer before we even appeared in is office. He probably gives the same boilerplate report in all custody cases.
