Focus: Private Equities is uniquely positioned to competently serve buyers and sellers of privately held, mid-sized manufacturing, distribution, sales, and service companies located in the Bay Area. Because we diligently approach each assignment as a custom project our project success rate is very high, over 90%. In the last 14 years, we sold every company for which we negotiated a signed purchase agreement. Even more significant is that we closed all but 6 deals in which we negotiated a non-binding letter of intent. Since we focus on mid-sized companies with sales of $1 to $50M, we excel with this type of transactions. Ethics and Confidentiality: No deal is done unless it's well done... and stays done. One hallmark of our practice is that we work with honorable, fair minded clients of good intent and character. Our transactions are rigorously designed to endure. We employ prudent, tested methods to protect a business, safeguard its confidential information and to arrange discrete introductions. Creativity and Skill: One of our key strengths is in the design of an optimal deal structure. Often, we develop creative, viable ways to reconcile divergent objectives of buyers, sellers, professional advisors, creditors, vendors, landlords, employees & customers.
