I drove to the Scotts Valley Bank of America. There I talked with the Bappa Mallick. I told him what my HELOC loan officers wanted in the way of having a BofA financial assistant go through my trust with me to fax the appropriate documents over to them. He asked me to tell him a second time what I wanted then
He said and I quote “THAT IS JUST STUPID!” IN A VERY INSULTING MANNER.
I asked him if he wanted to call my loan officer and tell him that and he called the number and talked to somebody else and scolded that person saying “we are not trained for that!” He was very rude to me and the other agent because he has no skills to offer. I tried to call this branch 6 times thru the day but the phones messages said that they were busy, yet when I went there 3 people were in the branch: the teller, Bappa Mallick and I. Real busy.
I asked him do they do mortgages and loans there and he said no.

why is he there? No offices in my area can handle a simple HELOC review.
