      In the spring of 2008 Mitch Reed and his wife Jen opened the doors of The Front Room in Scott, Louisiana, their working music and photography studio offering group and private lessons for kids and adults. The Front Room is a dynamic creation, embodying music, art, lessons and learning with award winning instructors. Keep your eyes and ears to the page for details on upcoming events and to see what we have been up to recently. Mitch currently plays with the Grammy Award winning Cajun band BeauSoleil and has over 20 years of teaching experience. In addition to playing and teaching music, Jen is an award winning Portrait and Fine Arts Photographer with over 3 decades of experience. Together The Reeds give entertaining and educational presentations on Cajun Culture, Folklore and Photography in schools locally and nationwide.
