My name is Christopher. I started The Genesis Fit because I noticed there was a desperate need for trainers that can facilitate the transition from physical therapy back to normal life. Insurance will only cover 80% of your recovery through physical therapy, and there are very few people who help finish the process. I have 8 years of training experience and currently intern at Bay State Physical Therapy. My business acts primarily as a supplement or follow up to physical therapy and focuses on post-recovery movement training. Though my focus is on recovery and functional movement, I have also trained athletes, physique and bikini competitors, extreme weight loss, and type II diabetics. I am also a certified sports nutrition specialist.
