Williams is dishonest and super expensive. The cons outweigh the pros. When calling for quotes on diagnosing our furnace problem, Williams quoted us the lowest price and could come out that day, and promptly located the problem. But that?s where the positives end. After realizing the furnace would need to be replaced, he said he would come back with a quote the next day. He didn?t get back to us as promised until a few days later (we had no heat on 20degree days but this clearly wasn?t a priority to him). For obvious reasons we decided to go with a different company. We sent a check for the agreed price for his service call. A week later we received a bill for TRIPLE his quoted service call price.

I would not recommend this person. This person berated my wife, sister-in-law, and myself about driving what he perceived too fast down HIS alley. This person then THREATENED us and used profane language in front of my 2-year old son. I highly recommend steering clear of this individual. Not professional at all!
