I've tried this PE, three times and three strikes your out PE. The worse service , attitudes, lack of urgency and below standards on quality food. I live in Cibolo and when I want to getting my Panda on, I drive to Nacogdoches to get my fix. This place is in need of change and very soon. The (Forum) location is below standard as well. I drive 7 miles out of my way.

I'm a longtime customer and fan of P.E. Up until now, I have usually received good food and courteous service. However, I was extremely disappointed today when I visited the Schertz,Tx store. I was served by a young woman who was NOT courteous and bordered on being rude. Additionally, when she filled my "To go" order, the size of the helpings was very small. I asked her for "a little more Orange chicken." she told me she couldn't give me any more ( The order included two meats). I told her that I had never been told that by other employees and asked if they all worked for the same company). She then asked the other lady working with her and she told her to give me more. When I got home with the food, I discovered that the other meat order was also much smaller than usual. I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated and the value received, It is obvious that management level at this location is extremely low, if not non-existment.
