We purchase houses and Multi-Family properties and either hold these properties in our long term rental portfolio or quickly rehab/remodel them and re-sell for a profit within 3-9 months depending on the particular property. The strong focus on solving each customer's needs has been a proven advantage to the company's long term success within the community. Mid-Cities Land Company and it's principals take integrity very seriously and have thus been able to grow and thrive in the real estate business for well over 10 years.
