Andy is too reliant on whatever method he uses and is unfortunately blind to the actual market. He was arrogant in his assessment and how accurate it was but his appraisal of my house came in $10k+ lower than a smaller and lesser renovated house across the street two months later. His inaccurate appraisal made me have to take $8k more to the table to close than it should have. He also gave us no credit for a new roof because "it was hard to see". Super disappointed in his assessment. His inexperience with the market made for a disappointing and expensive close. I hope to never have him appraise one of my properties again.

Wonderful appraisal firm in town. Very thourough on each and every appraisal. Great customer service with quick turnaround time. Fees are very reasonable too. Highly recommend to anyone!
