Yesterday I came into this store to get a certain flavor wine for my wife . It was a busy afternoon ,being a graduation weekend .The store was steady with customers ,but not crazy. Looking for the wine ,near the back room,I saw the owner and 2 other men talking at the entrance .I am 10 feet and in full sight of them and I was never even acknowledged .The owner and the other men walked right by me and continued their conversation up at the counter.I did select a wine for my daughter (with me also)and asked the only person servicing customer at the cash register about the wine I was looking for and she stated they no longer carry it. Ok. Being in retail for several years myself ,the customer is everything .Being ignored while in my store is not good business.The conversation ,that I overheard was trivial.I will never be back and I am telling all my friends about my experience and NOT to buy here ,unless you like being ignored
