I am extremely pleased with Dr. Lam's practice. I've only recently become a patient and was not only impressed by the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere, but also with the cleanliness of the rooms and overall efficiency of the staff. I would reccommend Lam Family Foot Care in Schenectady (and actually already have) to anyone looking for a decent, straightforward doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. Parking isn't difficult either, which is definitely a plus if you're having foot issues in the first place.
