Our company was founded by Dave Ingalls in 1990 when he left his engineering position from NYS Department of Transportation after several years of engineering experience in geotechnical engineering, highway design and consultant management. Beginning with only this experience, a small office in Rotterdam, NY and no staff, he began to service the engineering needs of local clients. The requests involved landfill design/permitting, mining plans, soils investigations and septic system design, and small residential subdivisions designs. With the motivation to service more clients, the business grew rapidly. Soon Ingalls & Associates LLP had multiple staff, including licensed professional civil and environmental engineers, environmental specialists, and CAD Technicians highly trained in the latest equipment and software. Today, the highly skilled Ingalls team continues to expertly service a diverse group of private and public sector clients. Using the latest technologies combined with our team's expertise, we can provide our clients with innovative, timely and cost effective solutions for a wide range of engineering and environmental. 2008 Ingalls & Associates, LLP:: Ingalls & Associates, LLP ( I&A ), a multi-disciplined regulatory consulting, wetland delineation, surveying, civil engineering and environmental engineering firm, has served both the public and private sectors for over 20 years. Centrally located in Upstate New York's Capital Region, I&A serves their clients in Albany and throughout the Northeast, Hudson Valley, Mohawk Valley and Tech Valley. Our staff includes experienced Professional Civil and Environmental Engineers, as well as a substantial and knowledgeable support staff.
