Dr Hernas has been wonderful with our 2 cats & especially our Am Staff. She's really great with the Bully breeds.

We have taken our animals there for a little while but just recently our one dogs fell ill and we brought him in. He was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and given meds. Within 12 hours of the vet appointment our dog had passed away. They had no explanation and/or compassion at all. We just recently boarded our 2 other dogs while we were on vacation. They messed up the dates we had previously scheduled and when we went to pick our dogs up they were covered head to toe in feces. The tech there explained she was told "not to bathe them." It was completely unacceptable for those dogs to be like that for the past 4 days, at very least. We had to bathe them upon arriving back home. We will be pulling our animals and their records from this vet immediatley.
