The worst experience in service I have ever had. Would by a Kia unless I could get it serviced elswhere (anywhere)

I bought a car there the other day, george was very nice to me tryed to get me the best rate possible cuz my credit sux, hes a great salesman 100 out of 100, they also gave me great advice how to get my payments down would reccomend

recently bought a Sportage, LOVE the car but will NEVER!! go to them again, we were there from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, after a not so nice financing experience, paper work was done by 1:00, why does it take 4 1/2 more hours to get a brand new car ready to take home??? That's because the right hand didn't know what the left one was doing...never again!!

Oh My God! I was just scanning the site for a car and seen the comments left and am shocked. I have bought 4 Kias from Fuccillos and have always been treated superb!Billy is the nicest guy! Like a big teddybear compared to the imagine he gives on commercials. Justinis the best salesman! Erin on the desk is great! The service department and everyone else has always treated us well. Actually I am looking now to bring my daughters friend up to get a car bc I know they will take excellent care of her as they have us. Keep up the good work guys! Happy Holidays to all! Bought a car recently and was not impressed by the customer service. Our salesman had us waiting for hours to drive the car off the lot. More concerned it was time to go home then to provide good customer srvc. Still waiting for them to fax the paperwork to the ins co which they promised to do. did not explain anything about the car, the financing nothing ove the car, but was not impressed with the service. would not buy from them again but would buy another kia. Felt slimy

we had a good sales experience we were told of a $50 referral for sending a friend,well we sent someone in who did buy a new car and we are still waiting for that check. We talked to salesmen,talked to supervisors and managers and are still waiting. We went thru this same thing with Lia and haven't set foot in one of their dealerships yet.I hope it is not the same with Fucillo.It isn't the 50 bucks it is the principle,if they are going to offer a referral they should pay it.
