This place is horrible!The owner is very unorganized and the staff is not any better....They charge different prices for the same alterations! One of my bridesmaids was charge 85$ for getting her dress tightened, cups put in and boning added... My other bridesmaids just got their dresses tightened with boning and they were charges $105! I spoke with the owner and she chose to give me no explanation! She simply told me that she was not in a position to answer my questions!Not to mention how unorganized they are! Every time I called they had no idea who I was, which one of my bridesmaids had paid or when my dresses would be ready! I rarely blog but I thought I would come on and help my fellow brides out there!!Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!I wish I could give this place and the service here no stars out of 5 but they make you give at least one star!

My mother and I found our dream gowns at Ferris. The service we received was way beyond my expectations, and the whole experience of finding my wedding gown was what Ive always dreamt of. My gown was so unique, and I still havent seen one that even compares to it! Ive received so many compliments on its beauty and uniqueness. The staff was so friendly and courteous to us that it seemed like weve known them for years. I felt like a one-of-a-kind bride.

My experience shopping for my wedding dress at Ferri Formals was wonderful! The ladies are terrific very accommodating and pleasant. Penny altered my dress and made it look as though it was created especially for me Since purchasing my dress I have referred all my friends to make Ferris their first stop when shopping for a dress. I had a wonderful wedding experience at Ferri Formals and Bridals. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. Marylu and Lena are extremely knowledgeable and professional. On my first trip to the shop I tried on several gowns ranging from bargain priced, all the way up to Vera Wang. They have gowns for every style and budget. There were so many gorgeous dresses but I still hadnt found the one. Then Marylu called to tell me that she had just gotten in a new gown that she thought I might like. I went in to try it on and knew right away that this was the dress I would be wearing on my wedding day. Marylu and her staff were very attentive and went out of their way to help me find the perfect wedding dress and accessories. I ordered the dresses for my bridesmaids there as well. Three of my bridesmaids live out of town and the staff was very flexible when it came to scheduling dress fittings and pick-ups. One of my bridesmaids was planning a wedding around the same time as I was. She was so impressed with the service that my bridal party received that she chose to purchase her bridesmaids dresses at Ferris as well, even though she lives in North Carolina. My mother is a plus-size woman who is very uncomfortable wearing dresses. Marylu put my mother at ease and helped her select a stunning Mother of the Bride gown that she felt beautiful in. All of the gowns, mine especially, were absolutely perfect! I couldnt have been happier with my experience and would recommend Ferri Formals and Bridals to any bride.
