About 5 years ago I was in a lot of pain with a liquid filled cyst pressing on a nerve.I was sent to physical therapy,then pain management nothing I did was any relief.I wound up with Dr.Spurgas.He made the diagnosis with MRI. Recommended same day surgery,but stated he had only done that procedure on 3 people and there was a possibility it would come back.I followed his recommendation.I went in to AMCH in AM left in the evening and have not had a pain since..THANK YOU Dr Spurgas

I had surgery in 2004 on my lower back disks L3 & L4 were taken out and i had a spinal fusion with a plates and screw on my spine. about 1 yr after the surgery i was having problems again i went back complaining of back pain he took x-rays and mri and claimed there was nothing wrong i recently went to another surgen and he looked at my new catscan and compared it to my old mri and it def. shows the screws started to bulge out ready to breaking stage but dr spurgas couldnt see that for some reas...
