The company serves the United States educational community and professional theaters. Located in Schenectady, N.Y, it has directed shows on different levels, such as scholastic, collegiate, civic and professional. It is also a source for make-up products, wigs, hats, props and accessories. The Costumer offers more than 60,000 theatrical costumes from 381 different shows for rental purposes. It has several departments, such as rental costumes, adult costumes, child costumes, book reports, school projects, holiday costumes, dance wear, magic tricks/supplies, masks, shoes and many more. The Costumer offers a selection of Disney costumes for children, such as Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Captain Hook.
