If I could give it a 0 rating, I would. Didn't show up to pick up my brother who is a cancer patient (and veteran, I might add). I called them and Dot said "Oh, I thought that was tomorrow." No sorry, no nothing. It was an extremely important doctor's appointment. I said "Don't you write things down on a calendar?" She said yes, she had it written down for today but thought it was tomorrow. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! Don't call them if you want to get some place!

Care cab transportation is a great cab service! Caring drivers, clean vehicles! Very helpful with packages or grocerys! I recommend them for anyone who travels regularly. Great with familys and the elderly.
