Dr. Malanga did not provide adequate care to my mother who suffered from COPD and emphasyma. Dr. Malanga did little if anything to alleviate the symptoms associated with her disease. He failed to recheck her CO2 level(which was already at 90 due to testing required to obtain a BIPAP machine for at home) before removing her from ICU and sending her to the main floor.
