They got me out of pain during an emergency appointment. They got me back later to tell me all the other things I needed. They prioritized well for me.

Friendly atmosphere, take their time to explain the insurance to you, and they try and make you feel like one of the family, not another number at the deli!

Scotia Glenville Dental Center has many of the greatest Dentist's and Hygienst's! They have VERY flexible hours, staying open as late as 8:00pm! I would recommend this dental office to everyone. They have great prices, outstanding hours, helpful & respectful co-workers and most of all great payment plans! They always have Dr. Backer on call so if you need a helping hand for a late night emergency or during the weekends, they're the office to go to! Everyone there is very nice and willing to help you in any way. All treatment is pre-authorized and broken down into payments if needed! i.eI cant say enough wonderful things about this dental office. My family has been patients for over 9 years and we just love Dr. Backer. I was afraid of needles/injections and he cured me of that. I dont even feel it when hes giving me an injection. The Hygienists are all very friendly and explain everything you. Weve seen some of the other doctors for exams at our cleanings and they were just as nice and informative. One other great thing is they do everything there. My husband needed an Implant and periodontal surgery and it was all done by Dr. Backer. He didnt have to go to a specialist and pay higher fees for his implant. I needed a Root canal and a Crown and both were done right at Scotia Glenville Dental Center. We also like how the administrative people go over the cost of treatment and what the insurance pays so you know what youd owe at the next appointment. They will also work with you on payments. My son even likes going to the dentist. He had his wisdom teeth take out before his Orthodontics. I recommend this dental office as a top notch office.., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

Dr Marks is a great dentist makes even the most nervous comfortable. The blonde woman in charge of billing is rude and she needs to learn manners she is unorgainized and would rather over bill you then give an exact bill. Over all the place is nice the front desk people are great Dr Backer is a great dentist as well but there is tension it seems between him and some of the dental assistants, which can be ackward for the patient.
