i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseLand Rover Hoffman Estates has been the best overall dealership experience I've had which includes the Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar dealerships that I deal with. I've bought many parts and accessories for my Range Rover Evoque and Jeff Thomason, Parts Manager, has been very helpful, professional and courteous whenever I'm there to purchase parts. Always on top of things and letting me know right away once the part arrives. In fact his entire parts department crew (Erik and Adam) has been excellent to deal with. When I can't figure out how to install a part, I would give the parts department a call and they have always been helpful to give advise. Definitely give them a try. I also want to give kudos to Ty Cobb (Service Manager) and the service department. From making the first initial appointment to picking up the car afterwards, I have full trust that my car is taken care of once the service is completed. Ty, Mike and Rudy always have time to explain in detail what needs to be done. For example, when I was having my 3rd year brake fluid flush done, I asked Mike if I would need a power steering flush at the same time and Mike and Ty mentioned my power steering is electric and needs no fluid. Some dealership might have taken advantage of that. I also have to give a thumbs up to the general manager Jon, the sales team (Sean and Adam), the finance manager Jessica and the ladies at the front desk. Since my purchase of my Evoque in Nov of 2011, I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Land Rover of Hoffman Estates. Whenever I'm there, everyone (from management to porters) makes you feel welcome whether it's a quick smile and hello in passing or have the time to chat and listen if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Keep up the good work!

We were quite a small fish for the dealership buying only a truly preowned not a Land Rover or bmw, but a simple Honda vehicle, nevertheless, trully blessed to meet the nicest people on earth there, especially, in the face of David. Much can be said, but to sum it up it was a trully great service with much professionalism and honesty.

Land Rover of Hoffman Estates was a great fit for me when I was browsing nearly new cars. They made sure that people like us would see it by being visible on EBay, competitively priced, and nice down to earth people. I am not located in the greater Chicago area, but about 140 miles away, and it was completely worth the drive. The guys at this service dept are always very nice and they get my car back to me as quickly as they can. They are really great. I will most likely get my next car at this dealership because of them, and I would not get my car serviced anywhere else. I really appreciate these guys.

Extremely Accommodating I had to have the vehicle towed in, but service was extremely accommodating and my regular consultant did his usual fine job with every detail. I loved that he always takes the time to explain everything to me. Thank you.
Overall, I had satisfactory service. Once I was able to get onto the office to actually sign the paperwork, it was fine. It just took too long for me to get into the office. The wait time could have been better.
Good salesperson. We had an awfully long wait after deciding to purchase the car to see the manager. Apparently you are under-staffed on Friday nights. We were there for over three hours! The manager did give an eloquent apology for our wait. It was very smooth once we got in to see the finance manager, but the wait was especially infuriating to my husband who really sees such issues as poor customer service. Overall, She called and sent a thank you card. She is very sweet and hardworking. I will definitely consult her in the future. avorite, or highly recommended because

We traveled one hour to see the one car we wanted to possibly buy. The test drive was fine and it was time to talk about numbers. Or at least we thought. The test drive was at 6 pm.After the salesman tried several attempts to basically try and fool us, they would not negotiate on the price of the car at all. What was on the sticker, was what they were willing to sell it for.If I was going to Carmax that would be fine, and I would expect not to negotiate. But thats not the point. Let me give you some examples, of how they tried to trick us.When they brought out a contract of the price that we did not agree on, we were still trying to negotiate. When my husband walked away, the salesman, pretended to "switch" the paper and then told me to sign this, it was what my husband wanted.I didn't, and of course, my husband was upset with that. Prior,when he was doing preliminary numbers and our interest rate was 6.5%, he tried several times to show us those numbers with a 11% interest rates(it di
