The service department does not do go work. They do not care about their customers. Do not return calls. Actually, I am going to file a small claims action against this particular service department.

I was in the market for a Used Ford Escape and found the model I was interested at Scarsdale Ford through Auto Trader Online. I walked the lot and finally entered the sales office where I was slowly approached by a gentleman offering to help. After inquiring about the car I had seen, they presented it to me and offered a test drive. The salesman was flexible on the bottom line price, and he never once tried to "sell" the car. He only answered my questions in a calm, direct, and honest polite manner. I left the dealership deciding the next day that I wanted to buy the car, at which point we reviewed the numbers via phone and when I had arrived, everything that the man had promised, he had delivered; no surprises, no changes, no small print, no pressure. My experience dealing with Mr. Daniel Fuentes was sincerely excellent; he was professional, respectful, and helpful. The car is fantastic and I am grateful for his approach, as I never once felt preyed upon. I recommend this dealership.
