Pat entered the mortgage industry in 1998 and grew to love the aspects of problem-solving and helping people make the best financing decisions. Realtors and clients count on her experience and forthright, honest advice. When clients don't have the credit or funds to make a purchase, Pat helps them develop a plan for success. When they're ready, she helps them evaluate all the options and choose the right loan program. There's no better feeling for her than when a client calls to say they've done everything on the list and are now ready to purchase, or tells her she made them feel comfortable throughout the complicated financing process. Pat loves to travel and explore different environments, and her hobby of birding has taken her to many interesting destinations such as Africa. She is active as a volunteer in her local community, helping provide meals and support to the elderly and less fortunate, as well as serving on the board of directors for the historic Scappoose Fairview Cemetery.
