Will not patronize this place again. Certainly not following state sanitary guidelines and pedicure was not enjoyable. Tried to talk to employee and got strong sense that she DID NOT want to be there let alone wait on people. Pedicure was poor quality, I have had maannnny pedicures done throughout the US!

Employee attempted to charge $5.00 extra to use shaver tool on heels during pedicure. Having had pedicure's at Regal locations before I denied offer. Contacted corporate to make aware and corporate confirmed that the shaver tool is part of the pedicure I had paid for and she should not have been trying to charge for it. Hence, scrupulous business practices here. Moreso, VERY questionable sanitation practices observed while present during my pedicure. Tools used during my pedicure and the foot tub where not properly sanitized following it. I was present at nail dryer when another customer was placed where I had been...disgusting!!!

Have visited serveral Regal Nail locations and always had a great experience. The "opening" employee on 3/9/2013 was certainly lacking in customer service skills. Observed highly UNSANITARY procedures. Health Department has been notified!!

I have tried many nail salons and nothing even comes close to Regal Nails in Savoy. Sara is my favorite for a manicure and Jenny for a pedicure. They are not only professional, but so nice. They always make you feel like you are family and the manicures last for at least a week and pedicures for three. These women are the best!

This is the best Herbal Spa and the best nail salon in Savoy I was expecting it to be like the other nail salons in town- but i was very pleasantly surprised. The spa is so nice and clean- brand new, and is decorated beautifully! I had a manicure and pedicure and they came out great and lasted way longer than usual! The other neat thing about Herbal Nail Spa is that they really use dried herbs in the masks they put on your legs! I was very impressed with my overall experience.
