I needed a florist in the Savannah area for a funeral,i was directed by the local funeral home to use Savannah Florist .It is so hard to trust someone when you are out of the area to do what they promise .I talked to them explained to them what I wanted .I was so happy to see that our flowers were absolutely beautiful.Thank you Savannah Florist a job well done ...Tom & Janice Wells..Jackson Mississippi

I have used this florist for many, many years and have never had an issue. They are always so willing to help with any needs you may have and do absolutely fantastic work. In response to the review above, it does not make much sense that someone would refuse business. This shop is so focused on providing excellent customer service and quality work and I have a hard time believing they turned you away. There has to be more to that story...I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a quality work of art!!

I had a wedding consultation with this florist four months before my wedding and the florist said she would call me in two to three weeks with an estimate. After a month and a half I attempted to call her and she never returned my call. My mother attempted to call her two weeks later and she would she did not even have the time to get on the phone and speak with her. She relayed a message through one of her staff members saying that she did not know exactly what we wanted and that we needed to come back in and talk to her. So a few days later when I tried to call and make an appointment one of her employees told her I was on the phone wanting to make an appointment and once again she would not get on the phone and I was told by the woman on the phone that she was not going to be able to do the wedding because I never got back with her and she was going to do another wedding. Leaving me without a florist 4 weeks before the wedding. There was definetly poor communication on her end
