4 male workers standing around in hardware/tool world and 3 standing around the wire rack at 3:30 on July 23rd 2017 and not 1 approaches me for help. No wonder so many positions need to be cut. Shame on you management do your job and you will make the necessary profits to sustain a quality work force. Think I'm kidding check your cameras at the electrical wire rack and in the front area near tool world and hardware.

The last straw. I placed a delayed pickup on (2-4-17) because of room to load on my truck, and took advantage of 18 month deal.(2-10-17) I had my day laid out took off work and all my other objectives out of the way. Went by this Lowes in plenty of time to get my order and get unloaded and it still be daylight to unload. I had several items. They were nice and loaded my trailer. I was assured everything was in order. I got half way and decided to check everything for safety and all was ok but one thing there was a tag that had come loose and caught my attention. the tub was the wrong handed drain. My stuff was suppose to have been tagged the day of purchase. I wrote all the numbers at purchase and gave them to the service desk attendant. This is the second time I have been done wrong by lowe's and the last. Another time I was charged twice for two upright Freezers, I just got one. that took an act of congress to get straightened out.
