Dr. Thomas Falace received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He later completed his residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Falace is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and South Carolina Medical Association. He has participated in numerous presentations and research projects, as well as civic and leisure activities. Dr. Falace is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia and South Carolina. Dr. Falace is joining the St. Joseph's/Candler Physician Network - Primary Care location on the Islands.
