General Info
The Bier Haus is Savannah’s first Belgian and German inspired gastropub. Situated in downtown, this site has convenient parking in a great neighborhood. The restaurant will boast traditional Euro designs, influenced by pubs and restaurants in Belgium and Germany. Low light, lots of wood, and a calm ambiance will give patrons a place to have good food and drinks in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Bier Haus will have 20 biers on tap with 10 taps dedicated to Belgium biers, 6 taps for German biers and 4 taps for international biers. We also will carry over 90 bottled biers with aged biers being offered on a special menu. A cask station will be available and we will have a variety of cask biers for weekend specials. For patrons who don’t like bier or prefer to drink something else, we will offer over 30 wine varieties. Our menu will delve on traditional Euro cuisine, including steamed mussels, artisanal cheeses and meats, schnitzel, sausages, and much more! One of our specialty will be making food with bier to highlight this new cooking trend. We haven’t forgotten our vegetarian patrons either. We will have many vegetarian options, and many items are already vegetarian friendly.
