Ordered the big box which took about an hour to receive and was missing the wings. Upon calling they found the wings and asked if I wanted them delivered. After another 20 minutes I called to find out they couldn't find where to deliver them (I hadn't moved). I requested they cook new ones and drove over to pick them up. I was 1 minute away from their location and still had to wait another 15 in the store. They seemed confused and very unorganized.
