Do not use. The owners are Randall and Casey Knowles of 106 North Sheftall Circle. They are careless and irresponsible. Uncooperative when called about a parked car they damaged while responding to a tire change.

Waited 2 hours until someone finally showed up to release my vehicle. After arriving the employee couldn't tell me when or why the vehicle was towed. They also didn't ask for identification or any proof of ownership.

If i could give a negative rating I would. These people do a crappy job-but that is no excuse not to he professional. Employees have been watching too many tv shows. Pulled up at my employer by blockimg me in within 2 inches of my bumper. Jumped out the car and had two people-one on each side- jump out and begin yelling at me. No ID shown, no uniforms, in a personal vehicle with no company markings-I thought I was getting robbed! Never gave me/showed me any paperwork. No tow truck. Even after calling the bank and proving to them they were there in error they insisted they had to take my car. Still refused to provide any paperwork. The woman parked so close i coukdnt even remove my foit from brake or i woukd hit her. She tells me in front of witnesses and with the bank on the phibe she is going to get so close I hit her and then she is going to call in a hit and run?!?!?! WHAT???!!When i went to get my truck not evwn 12 hours later -as I was telling the truth that therr was an error- i cant get anyone on the phone. There is no one at the office when i go. When i return a second time there is no office staff even though i called ahead to tell them i was on way. Driver finally shows and refuses to provide me with any copies of any paperwork and tells me i can't have a receipt for the money i pay!! Their property was a giant mud pit with huge potholes and puddles and filled with a bunch of broken down vehicles. Disgusting, unprofessional, and lucky they dont run into the wrong people. I repirted them to the lender who has opened an investigation on them.

Just had dealings with this company and I will "NEVER" use them again. This is twice that I have used them and I tell you - they will change the rules and prices as they go. First time they talked their way out of it. This time was the final straw. They tell you one price and then charge more before you can recover your vehicle. From one company to another - please be warned and use another company in Savannah!!!
