      We have been using Grassmasters at our mothers house for over four years and they have always done a great job. They showed up did the job and were always reliable. In April they simply stopped showing up at all with no warrning or explanation and we received no service in April or May after repeated voicemails and emails to the company requesting service and a call back or an email reply. They did however bill us for April and May even though there was no service and after they were informed in writing that we had found another lawn care company since they never showed up.We have also attempted to reach the owner through voicemail and email but no response. It is a shame because they did a great job for years. The lack of concern and customer care and service is baffling. A former customer acct no 1886

      From start to finish, these folks did such a great job...up front and fair pricing, prep and execution and after care as well. We've moved to a larger home and I would like them to do the new lawn, but now they wont answer the phone or return calls even when left with their answering service...what a shame....Some people make too much money or something.
