I'm all for second chances but my experience at this salon has been horrible for the second time. First, they sat me in a chair with a busted arm, I'm assuming because I have hips and they felt I didn't deserve a good chair. The woman who did my pedicure was huffing and puffing and throwing my legs and feet around like I was some kind of animal! I support my own weight and legs and she had no reason to behave like that! She used a drill on my toes for NO reason and scratched and burned my skin! Then sadly this same woman did my manicure! This manicure was ugly and barely lasted 4 days! She also used a drill on my hands. Which has made my nails weak and breakable. It was SUPPOSED to be gel polish but it's chipping and cracking! She also threw my hands around with a stanking attitude. I was so angry I just paid and left. I even tipped because that's who I am as a person but I will never go back. I will never recommend.

The staff are very kind and each has their own style. They are very good and have a steady clientele. If I ever have a problem they are more than happy to adjust. They are not rude, they just do not understand all of the language. If you come in without an appointment they try and fit you in, so if you have to wait it is because you were a walk in. I like their service and they way they take care of my nails. Do not be unkind.

When I came here the man who was doing my nails was to busy singing and dancing to the music that he kept cutting my fingers. My nails looked horrible all cut up and blood in the polish. I went to a different salon a few days later and had the nails taking off bc my fingers hurt so bad.

After waiting For 30 minutes with my feet in cold water, a very rude women started my pedicure. She did not speak to me while she began filing off my nail polish with an emory board. Yes, my nails are natural, yes it hurt, and yes I should have stopped her. Instead she continued until 3/4 off my big toe nail literally came off! I am in pain, embarrassed and do NOT recommend anyone use this establishment.

I love this place, its clean and has a warm cozy environment. The nail techs are very skilled and professional. Tom does the best pink and white.
