Is there an option to give negative amounts of stars? These people are never on time to pick up my child. They tell me to be out there 10 minutes early so we don't miss the bus, then the bus doesn't come until 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, which makes me late for work. Sometimes, we will cut it close, being out there 2 minutes before the scheduled time and the bus already stopped and left. It is so unorganized and frustrating. These are our children, they need to be a lot more reliable. Will be bringing this up in the next Town Hall/PTO meeting. Somebody needs to do something about this.

I would rate this four stars below the level. My children ride Route 14 which is about 15 mins late every morning. We need a more dependable staff working.
