Provided by YP.comOf course everybody knows there are 2 sides to every story. Here's my take on the comments below.
1. 30+ years in business and still thriving. A stellar reputation for quality, creativity, professionalism, value and customer service.
2. I love all people, I appreciate my customers, and relish my job.
3. In the rare but occasional event something doesn't go quite right, we bend over backwards to: a. Make it right. And b. Discover what else we can do to ensure you'll give us another opportunity in the future.
4. If your response is to disparage my staff and insist I tell you how I'm going to deal with an otherwise exemplary employee who admittedly made an innocent and unintentional oversight, I will finally draw the line.
5. If the best you can do is a ridiculously redundant unproductive rant about how you think I should run my 30+ year old business in spite of my honest effort to understand what else I can actually do for you, then yes I'll probably ask you to leave.
6. And yes, if you don't just simmer down and leave immediately, I might be that much less pleasant.
7. In my 30 years I can count on one hand the customers on which I just had to give up. Yes I've fired maybe (now) four customers... in 30 years! Yes, four to whom I had to say; PLEASE, just go somewhere else. Oh of course I wish it were zero...but hey, in 30 years, four ain't bad.
8. I did not use even one personal reference or insult nor did I slur them as a person, their attire, piercings, tattoos or anything else. Now, their BEHAVIOR, yes I was a little tough on.
9. And finally... my many other customers in the Tattoo business, many employees, immediate family members and a whole lot of tattooed friends know full well I have no objection to them whatsoever.

Provided by YP.comThis place does decent work but the customer service is horrendous, DONT expect to get anything in a timely manner even if you vector the design yourself. The girl at the front desk will make up lies saying you never sent anything in and will delay you. The manager does not take charge of his staff (owners son) and cowers under his dads power(owner) I recently saw the owner Mr. Doug Bean cuss out my friends who are younger business owners and have tattoos; he seems to have a problem and seems to be a discriminator against young people who just want a good product and people who have tattoos and piercings. They created no problem with what the had a question about but the owner began to use profane language towards them and talked down on them. IF I could give it a 0 stars I would. What I witnessed was ridiculous and embarrassing. Unless you're a big money spender you wont be cared for at this business.
