Well After having been through four (4) Prop.managers in five years .All have some strength and sadly many weakness' The prior review was music to my ears. As landlord I invested my life savings in the Savannah real estate. In my humble opinion .being new to this and living in Hollwood Ca . I have found that most property managers would let Bugs Bunny sign a lease if if they had a pen . Because they want the commission . Result = my hard earned investment (prior to Lanier 's guidance ) was inhabited by bad pay ,disrespectful and marginalized personalities . At Lanier YES !! IF you want to live in one of my houses you pay a nominal fee (standard ) and then you are subject to issues that are PUBLIC RECORD. Clearly the prior applicant had eitherA. Bad credit( under 625) had a history of evictions or wanted more "house" than they could afford. IT's not personal !! But when someone rings your doorbell Don't you ASK "Who's There" ?? Before you MOVE THEM IN???? Well Played K.L
