Provided by YP.comFinally! A local doctor with the level of care I’ve previously only encountered in a metropolitan area! I had called another office upon a friend’s recommendation and could not get an appointment for months. I was able to get an appointment quickly at Siesel Eye Care and the office workers were very patient and helpful with walking me through my insurance benefits. The frame selection is huge and although I splurged on a name brand frame, they had several cheaper options as well. I will definitely choose this office and doctor for my future eye care!

Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service both receptionist were very RUDE!!!! Made an appointment waited 3 months to get in. They have some kind of policy stating they need medical card even though I had a copy of the card on paper along with website verification stating that insurance was valid. They still would not see us. Receptionist were very very rude about it. I took time off work to go to this appointment!!

Provided by YP.comMy family and I have been seeing Dr. Siesel for years now and we couldn't be happier! We receive very thorough exams and his staff is great! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly...it's just like visiting with friends when we go!

Provided by YP.comI went for an eye exam and was treated rudely by the first receptionist. (When I told her that THIS website had sent me to the wrong location. She told me I was wrong - which btw, here it is!) I was 2 minutes late, you'd think it was an hour.
After the exam, the Dr. referred me to an eye surgeon, who 3 weeks later said I did not need surgery. I went back to Dr. Siesel's office for glasses (as told by the surgeon) and was "helped" by the first receptionist, who at first was standoffish. I chose a few frames from the mid-price range and she kept steering me toward the high end frames. I expressed I did not want to spend a great deal of money and wanted to spend around $250 if possible. After finally finding a frame she told me it would be $399. I told her I would have to discuss this with my husband and could she please ask the Dr. why the right lens would be 00 script. (I can tell you vision with this eye is blurry and not good). She said she would ask. I told her I would return today; which I did; hoping to get an answer.
The next receptionist (number 3) was not enthused that I wanted to find a different less costly frame. She just sat there, not helping at all. I asked about my question, she said she would ask Dr. when he came out. She never did, though he came out of the exam room. I found another less costly frame and asked her how much that one would be with lenses. She never answered me, just sat there. Extremely frustrated at the lack of assistance, I left.
I took my script elsewhere and was told I would need yet ANOTHER exam to see if I in fact need a plus script for the right eye. Why should I pay for three exams for the same purpose? Please explain! The sight in that eye is blurry and i cannot read small print. I don't need someone to tell me "it's fine." No, it's not fine, it's blurry. UGH.

Provided by YPmobileI obtained a great comprehensive eye exam with very good customer service. I thought care better than other providers and building clean and new. I had to remind myself that I was getting this excellent care in ssm!
