Huisken Meats has more than 60 years of experience in meat processing. In addition, in 2000, Huisken became the first manufacturer to introduce electronically irradiated beef patties. The company uses the Surebeam process, which uses ordinary electricity to kill harmful bacteria. Patties made at the Huisken plant are produced using the Formax Tender-Form process. This process imitates old-fashioned hand-made patties. Huisken Meats markets frozen beef patties through three national brands, including Huisken, RG s and BeSure. The company is located in Sauk Rapids, Minn.
