On time, personable, knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to have Gary H. back should I need another plumbing service call. Even though he is young he has that "old world" approach to work and customers that at one time was common but now seems so difficult to find. A valuable employee to be sure!

They were able to send someone out the same day to inspect my newly purchased home. They were able to confirm that the current set up was not up to code and needed to be fixed. This saved us from a possible flooding issue/sewage backup.

Gary H was professional, arrived on time and was able to fix our problem cost effectively.

I chose this company out of the phone directory since I am new to this area. Gary came out and checked out our water softener and made adjustments as necessary. He answered all of our questions and then did an inspection of the furnace, air conditioner, and bathroom fan. He was very helpful and I will call him again when I need his assistance. I would have given him a 5 star rating except that we had an appointment yesterday and they called and said they could not make it until today.

service was fine. dissappointed that I called and set up an appt for 2-4. they called and canceled and then said 9-11 the next morning and didn't show up until 11:30. Caused me to have to cancel a meeting at work and be late for another one.

They went above and beyond getting our furnace fixed. We needed a part and there was only one in the area and he raced to get it before anyone else could get it. The only thing that was disappointing is that it took them a long time to send someone out to look at our furnace. Once they got there everything was great.

He was very professional, exceptionally competent in his work, and clear in his explanation of my new system. I value his expertise and have confidence in his suggestions for my house. He arrived when expected and kept me informed of each step of the process. Chris took great care to protect my home from any dust or debris and cleaned up the work area beautifully. He reviewed the system with me and was patient with my questions as to the operation of it. I observed Chris providing directions to his apprentice and was impressed with his teaching and supervision and time management. I would rate Chris as an exceptionally good sales person, technician and mentor and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for quality work and products to improve their home's heating and cooling systems.

Randy and Tom diagnosed and repaired our faulty septic/sewer problems. They were both very professional and did excellent work. They were both personable to deal with, and explained what they were doing and why it was necessary. Dustin performed a heating system check and maintenance, and was very thorough and explained his findings. Our only complaint would be the high cost of the septic/sewer repair ($8000). This does not reflect on their work, but on a pricing structure of the company.
