General Info

We live in a busy world, and our minds are constantly at work. In addition to everyday stressors, the mind is busy controlling our heart rate, breathing, and digestion. It is processing all of our sights, sounds, and sensations. The list goes on. ​ Much like any computer, the mind becomes more efficient when it isn't bogged down with tasks. The float tank reduces sensory input to the mind, thus giving it a much needed rest. Giving our minds this rest gives the mind potential to facilitate healing wherever we need it the most.
