I have been going to see Captain Rick at the Saratoga Farmers Market for the past two years and was thrilled to see him open Moby Rick's Seafood on Lake Ave. Not only does he have the best selection of fresh seafood around, but he also serves it with a smile. The take-out meals are unparalleled and after having the baked Hake dinner-for-two night, I had to go back for Fish Cakes today for lunch. They are by far the best I've ever had. Terrific hours too!
