- Our Program is designed to introduce young children to their first school experience in a warm and supportive enviroment. Our program is an age appropriate developmental program where children "learn through play". It is our belief that children learn more efficiently when they are involved in the learning process and are able to experience the concept first hand. Activities are plannec to encourage growth in scocial and emotional areas as well as in the cognitive skills area. Art Children are provided with free art as well as directed arts and crafts. Manipulative Small motor skills and cognitive concepts are learned and reinforced by "playing with blocks, puzzles and objects to be sorted, classified, matched and measured. Dramatic Play During free play time children are encouraged to use a variety of costumes, dolls, and other playhouse props. Movement and Music A Movement Specialist works with children on gross motor skills once a week. Circle Time Singing and dancing, sharing, language experiences and activities, as well as pre-reading skills and pre-math skills. Pre Reading Specialist Pre-K children have an enrichment teacher who works in small groups to encourage pre-reading skills and language concepts.

We are proud of our commitment to celebrate each child and provide an engaging and interactive environment where children embrace the joy of learning . Our environment encourages children to grow, socially, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually and physically. We feel that children should be excited and enthusiastic about learning. We also teach social responsibility and want our children to be good citizens of the world.
