starting off on a Monday making a reservation for (4pm) Thursday. While making the reservation I asked for a confirmation number and the representative couldn't even give me that information, she told me I would receive a call 24hrs prior to my pickup time confirming where to pick the truck up. I waited until 6pm on Wednesday to give them a call back, and then I tried numerous times to get through to the local branch, and the regional branch and finally got through 50 minutes later. Once I finally got through I found out that there was not going to be a truck available for me, and there never was one for me coming. I then tried calling the customer service line and was told "I can't do anything for you, cause I don't deal with reservations," she then proceeded to tell me the only one I can call is the regional office which is the same place that messed up my reservation in the first place. So, now I have no moving truck at all, and I am supposed to move tomorrow.
