I don't take the time to write reviews most of the time. But I am soooooooo!!! very pleased with their tile cleaning service that I feel like I have to give their due credit. I absolutely couldn't believe the difference. They brought my tile back to a better condition than what it was on the first day it was installed. I have a tile medallion in the entry way that came back to it's original beauty. Can't say enough about this year's service. Quite remarkable.

Made a 9 am appointment and sat and waited for anyone to show up. Called at 10 am asking if anyone was coming. They said they would call me back. Finally at 11 am, 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time they called and said they couldn't come until between 1 and 3 pm. TERRIBLE!!

Fraudulent! Horrible and Fraudulent! They destroyed our grout and charged extra for sealing it and never did. We've had two other companies verify they did not seal it and that they did not clean the grout correctly. The address and email address they supply are both fake. Better Business Burrow said they were rated "F" and that when they send them papers it comes back as an invalid mailing address. We also called the number of the cleaning brand they used and the number is out of service. Every bit of paperwork is fake. We are in the process of taking them to court! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

The house looks beautiful. The cleaning crew were all very nice, punctual, and very effective. The bathtub was in embarassing condition, I was sure that it would never be white. Now it sparkles.

Great job, you made my carpets and tile look new again and the odor is gone.

VERY UNHAPPY with this company. I was convinced to get there dupont teflon treatment told that my carpets would look just like they did right after they were cleaned or they would come out and clean them for free. The warranty is supposed to be good for three years. I have already had to call them back out three times since March. Two out of the Three times they did not show up for the appointment or call. The second time I called from my work phone because they were ignoring my calls. The third time they were scheduled 12/2/11 they did not show up they did not call and they are completely ignoring my calls. Its now 12/7/11 and I STILL can not get in touch with anybody and no one has ever came out to clean the carpets. I wish I would have never bothered paying the money for the treatment with the warranty because getting them to honor the warranty is a huge headache. I really want my money back so i no longer have to deal with this company.

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. They are timely, professional, and friendly. They were respectful of my home and time. I planned on having just 2bedrooms and my living room cleaned, then they gave me an estimate on my couch and dinning room chairs. The price was so low I had to take advantage and get them cleaned too! Everything looks and smells wonderful. A+ for Supreme Carpet Care.

I am so glad I went with them because they were going way out of there way to please. My mother-in-law called and said she was coming into town last weekend, thanks to my 3furry friends and my 2year old, my carpets where less than fresh. My neighbor recommended Supreme Carpet Care. They were at my home the very next day. The outcome was outstanding and the prices were alot cheaper than i expected! GREAT SERVICE!

supreme came out on june 3 to clean my carpet,the carpets were very dirty. the two men that came to my home were very good, they worked hard got carpets looking great. would recommend to anyone.Ihave them cleaning my tile and grout next month.

supreme carpet care came out to clean my carpet on 3/23/2011.the carpets were black all over thought had to replace after they cleaned look great,would recommend this company to anyone.

Supreme Carpet cleaned 2 homes for me. The one I was moving into and the one I moved out of. They were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice and did an outstanding job.
