Absolutely disgusted! I bought a fish from them and added it to my tank. 3 hours later my perfectly healthy fish that I had for almost a year dies! I raised him from a baby! Instead of replacing my fish the owner comes up with excuses and says it's just coincidence! By no means is that coincidence. Their fish contaminated my tank and killed one of my favorite fish. They could care less and their customer service is that an all-time low. It seems the owner is just greedy and does not care about his customers. I will never go back and I suggest you never go. Unless you want your fish dead too.

let me tell you about Seascape in Gulf Gate! They found a Sun Conure(bright orange bird about the size of a large cockatiel)that was lost in Gulf Gate and SOLD HIM FOR $200! Florida West Coast Avian Society and Rescue heard about the bird and offered to try to find the owner and advertise, etc. and they REFUSED our help. Not only that, they had this lost bird, who could have picked up all kinds of birdie diseases, parasites, etc from being in the wild (of a shopping center with doves, pigeons, migrating yardbirds, contaminated water) and had this bird mixed in with others they were selling. They had not even taken it to a vet to have it check out first. So, FWCAS offered to take the parrot to a vet and try to find the owner and place it in a foster home. NO WAY! SEASCAPE INSISTED ON THE $200! FWCAS PAID THE RANSOM and we now have the Sun Conure who was lost in the Gulf Gate area, has been seen by an avian vet and is settled in a foster home. hopefully,we will find his family.

Went in to ask a few questions about adding new fish to an existing 5yr old bala shark today, Sept 9th, around 5:30pm. The rep was not occupied when I originally started questioning him. In the middle of asking a question he just walked off. I continued to look around at the fish, expecting the rep to come back after handling whatever was important enough to walk away. He never returned. When I left the store, I found him talking to some people who recently entered the store and were interested in buying a bird. I guess selling a $100+ dollar bird was more important than helping a concerned fish owner make the right decision.
We were afraid to set up a saltwater aquarium as we weren't very successful with freshwater fish coming from Petsmart. But with the help of Seascape's experts, we have been very successful. They are the best.Rich and Sue Swier
Very knowledgeable on saltwater marine life. Great selection of saltwater specimens. I have been shoping there for over 14 years.
